Over the past six months, the initial planning and design phase of the project site, which includes molten salt heaters powered by both fossil fuels and electricity, has been completed.

Our demonstration site, Riyadh Technology Valleys<\/a><\/strong>, is located at King Saud University\u2019s grounds in Riyadh, spanning a total area of 1.67 million m2.

Collaborative initiatives with KSU have yielded specifications and initial concepts for the electrical supply<\/strong> and a cost-effective foundation concept<\/strong>, as well as the finalized of the top-level concept and specifications for the waste heat recovery system.<\/span><\/p>\n

The work on the waste heat recovery system<\/strong> has included the creation of a spatial model to facilitate the optimal positioning heat exchanger<\/strong>, bypass and exhaust. <\/span><\/p>\n

Furthermore, the planning and initial design phases for adaptive coupling<\/strong> have been successfully executed. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

In parallel to this, our project partner, Tekniker<\/a><\/strong>, has advanced the development of the Distributed Control System (DCS) and security concept<\/strong>, while simultaneously laying the foundation for functional descriptions of all domains.

Onze projectpartner, Protarget AG, is volop bezig met de voorbereiding van de locatie voor de pilotinstallatie en alle apparatuur aan de Kind Saud University (KSU) in Riyadh, waar de demonstratie en inbedrijfstelling van DESOLINATION's innovatieve technologie zal plaatsvinden! De initi\u00eble plannings- en ontwerpfase van de projectlocatie, inclusief zoutsmeltheaters aangedreven door zowel fossiele brandstoffen als elektriciteit, is de afgelopen zes maanden afgerond. Onze demonstratielocatie, Riyadh Technology Valleys, bevindt zich op het terrein van de King Saud University in Riyadh en beslaat een totale oppervlakte van 1,67 miljoen m2. Dankzij samenwerkingsinitiatieven met KSU zijn specificaties en voorlopige concepten voor de elektrische voeding en een kosteneffectief funderingsconcept uitgewerkt, evenals het definitieve top-level concept en de specificaties voor het restwarmteterugwinningssysteem.
